Mount French vehicle camp sites are accessible by conventional vehicle and camper vans. The camp sites are not suitable for caravans and camper trailers.

Two vehicle-based camp sites are located next to the Mount French section car park. Please refer to Frog Buttress camping area map (PDF, 162.5KB) for details of camp site capacities. Book sites well in advance for Easter, June/July and September holiday periods.
Location: Adjacent to Mount French car park.
Access: By conventional vehicle and camper vans.
Number of sites: 2 sites (separate but not numbered).
Camp sites are suitable for: car-camping and camper vans.
Camp site surface: Gravel.
Facilities: None at camp site. Facilities are close by with flushing toilets, picnic tables and gas barbecues.
Open fires: Prohibited. Fuel stoves are recommended.
Generators: Not allowed.
Essentials to bring: Drinking water, rubbish bags, insect repellent, fuel stove and sunscreen. Read more about before you visit.
