Kids ‘go wild’ to learn and grow in nature in fun-filled holiday programs

The Gateway Visitor Centres of David Fleay Wildlife Park and Walkabout Creek Discovery Centre offer seasonal holiday programs during Queensland school holidays—4 times a year (Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring).

Each program is packed with lots of fun nature-based activities about conservation and wildlife to help keep kids active and engaged during the school holidays.

At David Fleay Wildlife Park, go behind the scenes with our wildlife rangers, have a close encounter with wildlife or become a Fleay’s Hero for a day.

At Walkabout Creek, meet amazing wildlife during a ‘wild encounter’ and explore our beautiful bushland, becoming bush detectives, investigating mini-beasts and even spotlighting at night for nocturnal animals.

Subscribe to our e-newsletter and receive information on upcoming activities and events.
