Camping area features: on the banks of the Barcoo River under the shade of river red gums and tea-trees.
Location: turn west off the Jundah–Quilpie road. The camping area is approximately 10 km from the turn-off. Follow the signs.
Access: the camping area can only be reached by conventional vehicles in dry weather. 4WD vehicles are recommended.
Number of sites: open area without defined sites.
Campsites are suitable for: tent camping beside your vehicle; camper trailers.
Campsite surface: dirt.
Facilities: pit toilet.
Open fires: campfires are permitted, except when fire prohibitions or fire bans are in place. Fuel stoves are recommended.
Generators: not allowed.
