Camping area features: bush camping surrounded by mulga and gidgee woodlands.

Location: camping area turn-off is approximately 5km from the park’s eastern boundary. Turn right and travel another 2km to the camping area.

Access: the camping area can be reached by conventional vehicle in dry weather, 4WD is recommended.

Camp sites are suitable for: tent camping, camper trailers.

Camp site surface: dirt.

Facilities: none.

Open fires: campfires are permitted in the fire rings provided, except when fire prohibitions or fire bans are in place. Bring your own clean-cut firewood. Fuel stoves are recommended.

Generators: not allowed, except for medical reasons (conditions apply).

Essentials to bring: all food and drinking water, sturdy rubbish bags, insect repellent, sun protection, first aid kit, reliable torch, vehicle spares and sufficient fuel. Read more about before you visit.
