Camping area features: open forest setting beside Yabba Creek.
Location: The camping area is situated in an area surrounded by large native pine plantations and pockets of natural forest.
Access: Conventional 2WD vehicle, 4km unsealed access road.
Number of sites: open area for 300 person capacity without separately defined sites.
Camp sites are suitable for: tent camping beside your car; caravans; camper trailers; campervans; motorhomes; large groups.
Camp site surface: Grass.
Facilities: water (unsuitable for drinking without treatment as it is pumped from the creek and bore and may contain organisms that can cause illness), toilets (including wheelchair accessible), shared fire rings (bring your own clean, untreated firewood, such as mill off-cuts), walking tracks, QldParks-Wifi hotspot.
Open fires: Allowed (except when fire bans apply) in fire rings only. Bring your own clean, untreated firewood, such as mill off-cuts. Fuel stoves are recommended.
Generators: Not allowed.

Mobile phone coverage: Intermittent—check with service provider. An Optus mobile tower 4km away may provide coverage for some users.
