The ex-HMAS Brisbane, a former Royal Australian Navy warship now in 28m of water, is growing an artificial reef and is one of Australia's premier wreck-dive destinations.

The Ex-HMAS Brisbane Conservation Park is a restricted access area (PDF, 201K) to help protect divers and the site. Entry to the park is prohibited without a permit or written approval. This applies to everyone—all vessels, divers and snorkellers.

About 9km offshore from Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast, 100km north of Brisbane, Queensland.
