Journeys
Earl Hill Conservation Park offers a range of walking track options. Please use the information provided, along with the Earl Hill Conservation Park map to choose a suitable walk or combination of walking tracks.
Walking tracks can be completed in sections, as return walks, or as a circuit by walking along a small section of beach and a local council walking pathway to return to your vehicle. Each walking track is classified according to Australian Standards and are only suitable for pedestrian use.
There is no parking at the start of the walking track. Visitors can park at the Cairns Regional Council public boat ramp car park located on the left-hand side of Reed Road, approximately 150m before the roundabout at the junction of Reed Road and Roberts Drive. A sealed council walking pathway leaves the boat ramp car park and continues alongside Roberts Drive. Follow this for approximately 400m to the junction of Roberts Drive and Flagship Drive where you will find the main trailhead for the Earl Hill Conservation Park walking tracks.
Bicycles are prohibited on all walking tracks within Earl Hill Conservation Park.
