Great place to spend a few hours. Nice range of birds. Shows are late morning/lunchtime so don’t arrive to late or you will miss them. The staff member putting the eagle away was very friendly and went out of his way to give us a detailed show explaining everything about the eagle.

This place was AMAZING!! The prices were reasonable and the lay out is fantastic. It's not too big and overwhelming like some of the other Wildlife parks. Only downfall, the kitchen lady was very flustered and run off her feet. She was coming across as a little aggressive with customers unnecessarily. No one was upset with her. We all could see that she was the only one in the kitchen, everyone was being patient but she was still getting annoyed. I even took up a couple of dishes for her and she took it the wrong way. Like I was suggesting that she wasn't cleaning quickly when all I wanted to do was help.

Perfect day out walking through acres of lush wetlands with all sorts of beautiful native Australian animals and information plarks infront of the animals lovely well maintained exhibits, plus if your there during the right hours they also give educational talks about a variety of different animals and the passion from every individual that works here shows with in all the educational talks let alone the presentation and willingness of keepers to talk and interact with every visitor that passes through. Highly recommended especially if you one or more children.

Just loved this place when we went in December 2019. Such a personal experience because there was hardly anyone there. We had an almost private turtle and info feeding session, emu feeding, a possum and owl show, and so much more. Go here rather than the other bigger centers as this will not disappoint. It is small and can be covered in a few hours so is ideal for a short trip or a family with little kids with a short attention or anyone that wants to avoid crowds. There is a little cafe with limited food options, the only GF item I could find was a chocolate cake slice.
