A small colony of Spectacled and Black flying-foxes is currently roosting in trees along Broadwater Creek and around the park area. Campers are advised to camp away from the roosting sites. Do not touch any animals on the ground.
Flying foxes play an important role in pollinating native plants and dispersing seeds and are crucial to keeping our native forests healthy.
