Powerlink Queensland is undertaking essential refit works on transmission line towers located within the Samford Conservation Park.

Powerlink vehicles will access transmission towers via Samford Road Break, IBG East Break and Geigers Road periodically and over multiple visits from April until September 2023, weather dependent. Please be cautious and watch for vehicles when using these maintenance tracks.

When on-ground refit activities are taking place on transmission towers. For safety purposes an exclusion zone will apply around the transmission towers. Only authorised personnel are to enter the site. Please observe any temporary diversions that are in place.
