This alert applies to the following park:

The Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service and Partnerships is upgrading visitor facilities within the Daisy Hill Conservation Park. Construction has commenced and expected to be completed by the end of July 2023 (weather dependent).

Although the park will remain open during construction (including mountain bike/walking trails), visitors may experience some inconvenience from machinery noise, temporary exclusion zones and road closures and limited parking. Please observe all signage, barriers, and directions from rangers, and do not enter closed areas.

The public toilets in the upper day-use-area (mountain bike carpark) will be unavailable during construction. Alternative toilet facilities will be available in the lower day-use-area (400m away). The Dennis Road entry to the park will also be closed from Monday 27th March 2023. Please refer to the Koala Bushland Coordinated Conservation Area (KBCCA) map for alternate entry points.
