This alert applies to the following parks:

Recent heavy rainfall and subsequent flooding has damaged Conondale National Park and visitor infrastructure. Staff are working tirelessly to get campsites and infrastructure back open to the public.

Areas closed are:

  • Booloumba Creek camping area 
  • Booloumba Creek day use area
  • Booloumba Falls
  • Peters Creek 
  • Conondale Range Great Walk
  • Funnels hut road

Please observe all signage, barriers and directions from Rangers. Do not enter any closed areas.

Areas will reopen when assessed as being safe.

Please remember - If it’s flooded, forget it!

Facilities will reopen when construction is completed.
