This alert applies to the following park:

The main entrance to Eurong Resort and township from the beach via Oldfield Street with be closed from 20 April to 2 June 2022. A one-way detour will be in place for vehicles for the duration of the closure and alternate beach access provided for pedestrians.

Vehicles can enter Eurong Resort via the beach access track onto Easton Street, located approximately 120 metres to the north of the current entrance. Vehicles can exit Eurong via the northwest grid, turn right onto the fire break and travel out to the eastern beach. Alternate pedestrian gates and paths to the north and south of Oldfield Street will be signed.

The road closure is necessary to undertake replacement of the Eurong entrance wongari grid. Temporary construction fencing will close off access to traffic and pedestrians at this entrance.

Please observe all traffic control and directional signage in place for the duration of these works.
