This alert applies to the following park:

Due to current wildfire, the Bulburin National Park is temporarily closed until declared safe. Wildfire mitigation activities are in progress and areas will be reopened once conditions are considered safe. Observe all signage, barriers and directions from rangers, and do not enter closed areas.

All permits for closed areas are suspended for the duration of the closure. 

Apply for a camping permit refund online at www.qld.gov.au/camping.

 Log into your account and cancel your booking up to two days before your booking commences to receive an automatic refund or alternatively apply for a refund. 

Stay informed of closures and weather conditions:
•    Tune into local ABC radio stations for weather updates.
•    Check road conditions.
•    Check weather reports.
•    Check RFSQ fire bans and restrictions.
