Storm damage – Conondale National Park

This alert applies to the following parks:
- Conondale Range Great WalkBrisbane; Sunshine Coast
- Conondale National ParkBrisbane; Sunshine Coast
As a result of storm damage, some walking tracks within Conondale National Park have been affected by fallen trees and other hazards.
- Peters Creek walk has sustained damage to the boardwalk.
- Booloumba Creek to Mount Allan walking track has multiple fallen trees crossing the track.
- Conondale Range Great Walk has multiple fallen trees crossing the track.
QPWS rangers are currently working on repairing the damage and removing fallen trees. Observe all signage, barriers and directions from rangers, and do not enter closed areas.
For your safety, please use caution whilst visiting the park-while all tracks remain open, bushwalkers may still encounter fallen trees or fast flowing creeks.
