This alert applies to the following parks:

A planned burn for hazard reduction and conservation purposes will be undertaken throughout the Annan River (Yuku Baja-Muliku) National Park from between Thursday 6 August to Wednesday 30 September 2020. Park visitors may experience some smoke in the area. People with pre-existing health conditions may be affected and can contact the local Cooktown ranger base on (07) 4069 5777 to check current conditions.
