This alert applies to the following park:

A series of planned burns for hazard reduction and conservation purposes will be undertaken throughout Jardine National Park, Jardine Resources Reserve and Heathlands Resource Reserves through until 20 August 2020. Park visitors may experience some smoke in the area, particularly South Jardine River, North Jardine River and Ussher Point camping areas. People with pre-existing health conditions may be affected and can contact the local Heathlands Ranger Base to check current conditions (07) 4060 3241.
