This alert applies to the following parks:

Due to COVID-19 risk and social distancing requirements, the Mossman Gorge section of Daintree National Park, including the Mossman Gorge Visitor Centre, will be closed until further notice. This is a necessary precaution to safeguard the health and safety of the community. We ask that people do not attempt to visit any of the areas that are closed, unless authorised, for their and their community's safety and protection. Compliance with the closures will be monitored. We thank park users and the community for their support and cooperation during this time. For more information follow Queensland Health directives to stay up to date with the latest COVID-19 advice. Check the Department of Environment and Science website and park alerts regularly for updates.
