Protection of barramundi and sooty grunter habitat; cooperative management with Traditional Owners.
Extensive Rhizophora stands associated with estuary; subtidal and intertidal flats; vegetated and unvegetated salt flats and sandy mouth.
Commercial, recreational and Indigenous fishing; barramundi; blue salmon; bream; estuary cod; grey mackerel; grunter; mangrove jack; queenfish; sooty grunter; school mackerel; whiting.
Adjoining Melaleuca forests.
